Producers
With practical experience in crop and livestock management, 11 years spent managing the Farming Connect Organic Development Programme and the Organic Conversion Information in Wales and an in-depth knowledge of Glastir Organic, Entry and Advanced, we are in unique position to support producers. We offer advisory services and act as an agent for applications for RDP schemes, including Glastir and Sustainable Production Grants. We deliver Farming Connect funded services in partnership with ADAS.
Certification Bodies
Our in-depth understanding of organic principles and standards, and the central role Tony played in developing past and current organic support schemes in Wales, puts us in a unique position to support organic certification bodies including delivering benefits to producer members and providing support and training to inspectors and certification staff.
Advisors and consultants
As a small company, we are always on the lookout for other farming consultancy organisations to work with, in partnership or as sub-contractors. Tony is a member of IOTA and has excellent links with the organic producers, food businesses, certifiers and policy makers.
Research and development organisations
Tony holds degrees in Agricultural and Environmental Science (BSc) and Pest and Disease Management (MSc) and has 18 years’ experience working on development projects of one sort or another, both in the UK and abroad, making us well placed to contribute to a wide range of R & D projects.
